Over at the Desert Springs Men's Sunday Education blog, my friend Michael has written good article on what the Treaty of Tripoli tells us of what the early Congressmen thought of America as a Christian nation. I had not heard of the treaty before I taught Sunday Education last week (on the Westminster Confession of Faith 23 Of the Civil Magistrate) and we ended up discussing so long I have the privilege to teach the rest of the chapter this week.
